Alcester Grammar School - Open Evening 2024

Parents and prospective students, who are currently in Year 5, are welcome to join us for tours, displays, and to meet students and staff between 4:45pm-8pm on Thursday 27th June 2024.

Booking this event confirms your attendance and allocates tickets for the scheduled presentation selected. To ensure the smooth running of the evening, please arrive at the theatre 10 minutes before your presentation is due to begin.

Presentations are taking place at the following times in the theatre:
5:00pm-5:30pm
5:45pm-6:15pm
6:30pm-7:00pm
7:15pm-7:45pm (if you select this presentation please tour the school beforehand as the event will finish at 8:00pm)

Please note there is a maximum of 3 people per family group permitted for this event. Please ensure you book a ticket for each attendee.
